Climatology 2018: Very cold and rainy winter. This resulted in good water reserves for the plant. The spring was unusually rainy and cold, forcing us to work hard to maintain good health. The summer, contrary to what we are used to, was cold and dry. This led to a late and very balanced ripening of the grapes.
