This last variety is made separately until the last moment in a vinification blanc de noir . Mineral and fresh fruit aromas (lemon, pear, apricot, peach,…) open an unctuous taste in the mouth that denotes the charisma and the rigorous climate of the area. Elegant and tasty, it reflects the identity of a place and its unique varieties.
